Position summary
- Ensures that all staff members are in compliance with DHS training requirements
- Create and maintain all training records and employees’ logs
- Provide monthly schedules at least 30 days in advance for staffing purposes
- Assure that HR has a copy of all training logs and certificates
- Works in conjunction with Residential Coordinators to give appropriate staff feedback when necessary
- Works in conjunction with Executive Director to give final determination of staff appraisals and promotions of rank and salary.
Position Qualifications
Experience
Experience in CASSP system and / or residential care preferred.
