Show off your skills as you work with our residents to create inviting living spaces. As a carpenter you construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures in resident apartments and throughout the facility.
Must have experience using carpenter's hand tools and power tools, conforming to local building codes and regulations. Able to read blueprints, sketches, or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required, such as lumber or fiberboard, and dimensions of structure or fixture to be fabricated.
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated carpenter. The ideal candidate is a team member who desires to work in a busy, fast passed environment who believes in quality and is driven make people happy.
Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, Flu vaccinated and TB test.
