Role and Responsibilities * Deliver and stock Frito-Lay products in various retail settings, including grocery chains, convenience stores, and discount retailers * Operate a route delivery truck to service designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate unloading of product * Develop strong working relationships with store personnel to support promotional displays and increase product visibility * Manage stock rotation and maintain attractive merchandising standards to ensure freshness and shelf appeal * Use handheld technology to manage inventory, process orders, and document daily delivery details * Complete a structured 4–6 week training program focused on delivery, merchandising, and sales fundamentals * Step into different routes and store types as needed to support team operations and meet business goals
Required Skills and Experience * Must be at least 21 years old * Hold a valid driver's license with proof of insurance; meet any state-specific licensing requirements * Able to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the workday, with or without accommodations * Effective time management and communication skills with the ability to work independently * Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications * Background in route delivery, sales, merchandising, or customer service * Strong ability to build store-level relationships and influence product sales
