Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals for a Laborer/Operator role, interested in growing with our team.
Duties
- Work independently and/or with other team members.
- Provide professional quality work.
- Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform routine inspections on equipment, clean and maintain, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to company standards for cleanliness.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to equipment operation.
- Fill out job tickets describing work accomplished for each job.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Familiarity with operating machinery or tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and random drug screens.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- While not absolutely required, the ability to pass an extensive back ground check is ideal.
