Frog Academy of New Community Church is looking for a passionate Childcare Director to lead our team! We are a faith-based childcare center dedicated to creating a loving, Christ-centered environment where children thrive. As Director, you will oversee daily operations, guide curriculum, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and maintain a Christian, child-centered atmosphere.
- Implement engaging curriculum aligned with our values.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a team of educators.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and the well-being of children and staff.
- Build positive relationships with families and foster open communication.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Experience with curriculum planning for ages 1-5.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Passionate about early childhood education and Christian values.
