Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable aging and collections process
- Process and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable and present findings to management
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding balances
Requirements:
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or related field
