WHO WE WANT
We are looking for a housekeeper who is passionate about providing quality customer service to our residents. The ideal candidate has experience with dusting, washing walls, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing and trash removal. They should be punctual, have good personal hygiene, and is always readily available to jump in to help out another teammate. They should be able to follow cleaning schedules and assist the team with other janitorial duties. This person should have some experience with tidying up a home, cleaning hotel rooms and interacting with customers.

WHAT THE ENVIRONMENT IS LIKE
You will see the Pacific Ocean every day you drive into work. You can have lunch on a bench close to the beach. You may notice our residents warmly greeting you as they go about their day.
During work, you be will frequently be required to stand, walk, examine things, and clearly communicate. You must also be able to:
Regularly: lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts, exposed to moderate noise levels
Occasionally: lift and/or move above 30 pounds with the assistance from a co-worker and/or mechanical means. Exposed to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock and vibration
