FR0NTIER COOPERATIVE has an opening for a Customer Service Associate at our Elmwood, NE location. In this position, you are responsible for, including but not limited to, the following duties:
- Greeting & assisting our walk-in customers, patrons, & employees.
- Assisting customers as needed including helping with their orders, purchasing products, services, etc.
- Answering phones & managing the front desk & retail sales area.
- Running a scale.
- Assisting with monthly inventory.
- Provide support to the location manager & other employees.
- All other duties assigned.
To be successful in this role, the following skills are essential:
- Be professional in nature with exemplary customer service skills.
- The ability to read, write, type, and interpret the English language is preferred for the greatest success at this job.
- Be able to perform basic billing functions, banking transactions, receive payments & credit customer's accounts, general bookkeeping skills, & prepare invoices.
- Ability to maintain & order supplies & manage inventories.
- Complete & maintain inventory transfers between locations when needed.
- A genuine desire to be involved and active in our Cooperative is essential for success.
