What You’ll Be Doing
- Present and review comprehensive treatment plans, confidently answering questions and easing patient concerns.
- Manage scheduling and phone interactions with professionalism and warmth.
- Process payments, post transactions, and assist patients with financing options.
- Track case acceptance, payments, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment, because we care about every smile!
- Handle office duties such as referrals, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications
- Detail-oriented multitasker with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Familiarity with basic clerical tasks (filing, recordkeeping, data entry).
- Previous front office, dental, or administrative experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
- Knowledge of Denticon or Salesforce is a plus.
