What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Lead Operator position at Frontline Resources LLC?
VSUMMARY:
In general, the job will be to do anything that is asked. Usually, this will be Lead Operator-Five Gallon pail operation duties but may include Lead Operator-Decorating, Maintenance, or Shipping duties. Additionally, as required by the needs of the business, the Lead Operator- Five Gallon will be expected to perform other jobs including Production Worker duties given to them by their immediate supervisor or management, in order to meet the needs of the shift and/or department. The Lead Operator-Five Gallon from time to time may need to serve as the Shift Lead as well. This will require that the Lead Operator-Five Gallon be knowledgeable of every position in the plant.
DETAILS:
- The Lead Operator will assist in the training, education, and development of all employees on his or her shift under the guidance of the Production Supervisor.
- Responsible for answering rail car alarms, making rail car changes, documenting changes on rail car sheets, seeing that rail car area is kept clean, etc.
- Required to adjust vacuum probe for white regrind resins so it continues to pull regrind resins and responsible for replacing new box when needed.
- Making and Distributing Pallet Labels for The Next Shift, also getting Pallet Counts and Recording Them on The Back of Run Cards at end of Shift.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Must meet the Lead Operator- Qualification Requirements.
- Must be able to constantly lift UP to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 40 to 65 pounds.

- Shift C Wednesday - Saturday 7am - 7pm $20.81
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must pass drug test and background check
