Job Description
As a Wealth Advisors Operations Specialist I with Frost, you will be responsible for supporting Frost Wealth Advisors’ clients by opening accounts, performing account maintenance, and fulfilling day to day requests. Responsibilities will include opening and maintaining trust accounts by fulfilling routine requests such as contributions, distributions, and transfers; ensuring that money moves appropriately and that accounts properly reconcile; assisting clients with standardized information requests; providing superior customer service to clients by maintaining consistent written and verbal communication; collaborating with others across the organization to coordinate account-related activities and fulfill client needs; creating and executing daily account activity reports by collating data from multiple systems; and performing account reviews and maintenance to ensure that accounts are within regulatory and policy guidelines. The candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Securities, including an understanding of bonds and dividends
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or in a related field
- Experience in institutional trust, retirement services, or custody account administration
