Frost Brown Todd LLP, a national law firm of 1000 legal and business professionals in seventeen markets, is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Assistant with 3 years of transactional experience, to join our Nashville office. This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance to legal professionals primarily in the Data, Digital Assets & Technology, and Tax, Benefits and Estates practice groups.

Job Responsibilities Include
- Drafting, proofreading, preparing revisions, and redlining documents as directed.
- Entering and coordinating docketing information and creating and maintaining electronic and paper client files and indexes.
- Coordinating complex document preparation, including scanning, copying, and other similar tasks.
- Maintaining and updating calendars for assigned attorneys, coordinating travel, and scheduling meetings.
- Processing expense reimbursements and coordinating client billing with accounting department.
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of electronic time records for timekeepers.
- Opening matters and conducting conflicts checks.
- 3 years of transactional legal practice assistant experience.
- Basic knowledge or experience in litigation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate skills in Excel and Teams.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Able to handle a large volume workload at a fast pace accurately and thoroughly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to carry out instructions.
- Strong billing knowledge.
- Ability to professionally handle direct client contact.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to shift attention from one area of work to another quickly without frustration.
