Current Frost employees must apply using the Careers application in Workday (not through this site) Job Description As an Employee Benefits Account Representative with Frost Insurance Agency, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Producers, Account Executives, and Account Managers on a specified book of business. Responsibilities will include assisting Producers, Account Executives, and Account Managers with preparing for upcoming renewals to ensure that client and carrier needs are met; gathering information needed for placement of new or renewal business, including requesting quotes from insurance carriers, partners, and vendor resources at the request of production and/or service team; preparing proposal documents as appropriate to assist clients with their decision to purchase insurance products; responding to client questions and problems; escalating serious issues to a Producer, Account Executive, Account Manager, or other senior staff member. The candidate will document and process all administrative requests for changes or services, including changes in coverage, eligibility processing, requests for cancellation, and other documents or actions in agency management system.
