What are the responsibilities and job description for the Report Processor position at Frost PLLC?
The Report Processor supports several specialty practices with a variety of document processing and proofing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proofreading, formatting, and finalizing a variety of documents including proposals, client engagement letters, financial statements, communication letters, animal welfare reports and miscellaneous documents.
- Assembling documents primarily using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat within the CCH ProSystem fx Engagement accounting software.
- Verifying proper approval documentation for all work products when final reports are near completion.
- Distributing completed projects via electronic means, FedEx or mail in a timely manner.
- Maintaining records using multiple document management systems.
- Adhering to Frost, PLLC style guidelines.
- Maintaining confidentiality and performing duties with professionalism and integrity.
- Produce products with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of administrative support experience required
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Desire to learn proprietary systems.
- Desire to improve efficiency.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes, terms, and concepts.
- Effective listening skills and the ability to quickly build rapport and internal relationships with firm leaders.
- Ability to apply best practices and lessons learned to tailor and improve the reporting process.
