What You’ll Do
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitive offerings and demographic data
- Collaborate with line of business teams to understand business objectives and develop, recommend, and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including line of business liaisons, production, creative, digital marketing and agency partners to market products and services
- Own the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers
- Always take action using integrity, caring and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications
- 2 years of marketing experience, preferably at a bank or financial institution
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective and innovative marketing strategies to drive improvements to business performance and customer experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to develop relationships and trust with internal and external partners
- Constantly seeks improvement and embraces innovation
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
