Kitting Associate

Frozen Logistics is a rapidly growing cold storage warehouse provider and logistics management company. We have an immediate need for a Kitting Associate to support our e-commerce operations. As a member of the kitting team, you will be responsible for assembling kits and preparing them for shipment to consumers. Accuracy and quality are of utmost importance in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble and package kitting orders in an efficient, assembly-line style
• Ensure all components are accurately included in each kit
• Follow specific packing guidelines for each customer’s product
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Check, verify, and complete paperwork pertaining to jobs completed
• Inventory management of kitting supplies
• Routinely lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Interact with both vendors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Basic computer use for inventory tracking and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Kitting Associate Requirements and Qualifications

• Warehouse or kitting experience is a substantial plus
• Clean background
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility in shift times and role responsibilities (shift times and role responsibilities can fluctuate)
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player, results-driven, and patient
• Good time-management skills and able to work independently
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Typical Work Schedule

• 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (Monday - Friday)
