Job Summary
Provides administrative support to the behavioral health services line in the areas of financial operations, business operations and facility management.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Frye Regional Medical Center, located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital, 81-bed Behavioral Health facility and more than 70 primary and specialty care providers.
Essential Functions
Support Financial Operations of South Campus:
Completes all timekeeping and payroll functions, including cross punching all employees, logging tardiness/missed punches, entering missed meals/orientation time sheets, tracking FMLA/leave time.
Approves Travel RN timesheets in Healthtrust.
Tracking/entering PRN incentives.
Maintains Catawba County EMS service records and submits vouchers to Accounting.
Maintains Three Way Bed days and collaborates with Partners Behavioral Health Management and Hickory Psychiatric Services for invoicing and payments per contracts.
Supports Business Operations of South Campus:
Tracks admission/discharge information and disseminates to LME/MCO partners each business day.
Runs Revenue Usage Report and reconciles with midnight census and keys into Charge Capture Review.
Maintains peer review process with providers.
Maintains transportation services for patients traveling by Lyft or taxi.
Performs abstraction for 100% of charts for HBIPS.
Supports Facility Management of South Campus:
Collaborates with Plant Operations for facilities management of the South Campus buildings.
Collaborates with IT for computer/phones systems management at South Campus.
Responsibility for oversight of materials management at South Campus.
Responsibility for oversight of telecom/switchboard at South Campus.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Must obtain NA I with in six (6) months of employment if FT or PTI status
Certifications:
BLS
Minimum Work Experience
Prior Mental Health Experience preferred
