Essential Functions
- Performs continual surveillance of multiple monitors.
- Identifies significant arrhythmias and/or signs of patient distress and intervenes appropriately. Identifies and corrects for artifacts.
- Reports abnormal assessment and cardiac findings or changes in patient physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Tests equipment for proper working order. Reports equipment problems to supervisor.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Licenses/Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
