Responsibilities
* Under supervision, assists attorneys with the litigation process.
* Reviews work of paralegals and clerks.
* Prepares all documents related to the litigation process to include drafting motions, briefs, memoranda of law, etc.
* Screens documents for privilege.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
