What are the responsibilities and job description for the GIS Analyst position at FSC, Inc.?
As a GIS Analyst, a typical day at FSC, might include the following:
· Maintaining client-based GIS datasets, administering GIS server and web mapping applications, creating client exhibits, preparation of client requested datasets, assisting in processing aerial survey data, data conversion from CAD and other formats. Develop and improve various GIS databases through map preparation, data entry, digitizing, editing and quality control techniques.
You may be a good fit for the job if:
- You are knowledgeable of GNSS survey collection methods.
- You have working knowledge of ArcGIS for Server and VertiGIS Studio.
- You have experience using FME workbench.
- You have strong cartography skills.
- You are familiar working with UAS data and imagery.

- BS in GIS/Geography/Geomatics/Related Field
- 2-5 Years in work-related experience
- Proficient in ESRI ArcGIS Desktop 10.7 Suite or ArcGIS Pro 2.5 or higher
- Some experience with AutoCAD
