Responsibilities
- Monitor fraud trends and recommend strategies to deter fraudulent activity.
- Investigate potentially fraudulent activity and report findings to management.
- Assist with and provide appropriate guidance to caller in regard to fraudulent items.
- Escalate fraudulent issues as needed.
- Maintain surveillance equipment. This involves programming, packing and troubleshooting via telephone, any system that is in a branch and may be malfunctioning.
- Perform video surveillance research and footage capture for ATM investigations as well as outside agencies’ requests.
- Applicants must be able to read and interpret documents, possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Assist on complex investigations of suspicious activity or fraud, doing proper follow-up and documentation.
- Regular attendance as require.
- Be available, approachable and willing to assist other team members and departments.
- Growing duties and opportunities as they occur.
Education/Certification
- High School graduate required.

- Beginner knowledge of accounting
