This role owns the digital marketing systems and strategies that support community traffic, lead generation, and sales conversion across multiple housing communities and divisions. The position focuses on building scalable digital programs that connect online demand to on-site sales performance, ensuring marketing technology, automation, and reporting work seamlessly together.
The ideal candidate understands the homebuyer journey, can optimize lead flow from digital channels into CRM systems, and enjoys working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams in a high-growth homebuilding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing infrastructure supporting active communities, new community launches, and inventory-driven campaigns.
- Execute digital growth strategies across SEO, AI-assisted optimization, and paid media channels to drive qualified traffic and leads to communities.
- Oversee marketing automation and CRM workflows that route, score, and nurture leads from digital sources to on-site sales teams.
- Partner with marketing leadership to evaluate and implement tools that support community-level marketing, reporting, and scalability.
- Serve as a primary owner of the CRM and marketing automation platform, improving lead tracking, attribution, and follow-up performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into traffic, lead volume, appointment setting, and conversion by community and division.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to support campaign structure, automation, tracking, and ongoing optimization across multiple markets.
- Lead testing initiatives focused on improving landing pages, community websites, forms, and buyer engagement throughout the funnel.
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve workflows between marketing systems and sales processes, including training and adoption.
- Monitor emerging marketing technologies and AI capabilities relevant to residential real estate and homebuilding.
- Support cross-functional initiatives tied to growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology within homebuilding, real estate, or a related B2C industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of the homebuyer journey, community-based marketing, and lead-to-sale workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights for sales and leadership teams.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple communities and priorities.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Valid driver’s license required.
