Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Follow food safety guidelines and handle food properly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Skills:
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred
- Strong math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to bus tables efficiently and maintain a clean dining area
- Upselling skills to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and splitting checks accurately
- Familiarity with kitchen operations to communicate effectively with the kitchen staff
