Manufacturing is important. It’s the fundamental industry on which everything else is built. We take it for granted. In 1989, 35% of the entire software industry was built for manufacturing. Since then, it has stagnated into incremental diminishing returns and exponentially increasing complexity through add-on services, hand holding, 3rd party software, and customization. We can only continue to add complexity for so much longer until the whole system collapses.

What the job is
  • Hiring SDR's into Q3 & Q4 of 2024
  • Cold call companies and schedule intro/demo calls
  • Receive inbound leads and qualify (Salesforce)
  • Send personalized and compelling outbound messages to generate hype  (LinkedIn and more)
  • Demonstrate software with enthusiasm (Zoom Gong)
  • Follow up without being annoying
  • Pass deals on to Account Executives
  • Contribute to the team culture
  • Contribute to team goals

Candidates should be able to commute to our Minneapolis office or be willing to relocate.
