About the Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding retail partnerships, and leading our sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, collaborating with the marketing and product development teams, mentoring reps, and ensuring that customers—from consumers to retail shops to worldwide distributors—get the service they expect from Full Factory.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team and manage the onboarding and training of potential new sales team members
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners
- Analyze sales metrics and adjust tactics based on performance to advise product development and management team
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align promotions and campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of sales experience (B2B or distribution preferred)
- 2-5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Passion for cycling, with knowledge and understanding of the BMX, MTB, Road, Gravel and Adventure markets
- Deep understanding of our products and a clear vision on how to carry our in-house brands to the next level
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
