Maintenance Technicians needed! Must have HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications.

Qualified applicants would have:
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, paint and general carpentry skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must have a smartphone
- Basic hand tools
- Need to be available/flexible
- Current driver's license
- Must have HVAC/EPA/CPO certification
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent with at least one year of experience in the apartment industry. Candidate must demonstrate leadership abilities. Candidate will have two or more years of experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint and general carpentry skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications are a must. Prefer experience in both rehabilitation and lease up communities.
