Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for the day-to-day negotiations and contracting for media buys
- Develops and traffics all media buys with production vendors and suppliers
- Tracks and processes all invoices, coordinates with the Accounting department for requisitions, invoicing and billing issues and maintains appropriate tracking system
- Ensures all components of advertising including copy prints, sponsors, website, and photography meet company standards
- Advertises all marketing activities and events in appropriate media to ensure greatest exposure with the public to generate interest and revenue.
- Provides analytical expertise to evaluate media campaigns for success and makes any modifications necessary.
- Prepares annual budget and ensures compliance within budget for all advertising/media activity
- Establishes and maintains Content Management System and launching new and/or updated content to the website
- Assist with content creation and development, coordination of advertising sponsorships and deals
- Assist with community events as company representative
- Support the Communications department in other assigned projects and administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred plus 2 years experience
- 2 years of marketing experience including content strategy. Can include internships and other similar positions and experiences.
- Exceptional writing, communication, attention to detail, and presentation skills
- Ability to think outside-the-box and create and execute innovative communications plans.
- Bi-lingual a plus, not required
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
