What are the responsibilities and job description for the Steward - -North Shore Steak & Seafood position at Full House Resorts?
Responsible for the upkeep of all dishes and trash.
Essential Job Functions:

Excellent internal/external guest service

Scrape and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher

Wash pots, pans, and trays
-
Sweep and mop kitchen floors
-
Responsible for removal of all trash from kitchen areas

General all-purpose cleaning and sanitizing of dish room
-
Other reasonable duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School/GED preferred
3-6 months experience preferred.
Preferred:
Bi-lingual a plus
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Ability to handle high volume and stress situations

Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift

Exposure to smoke, bright lights and noise at times
