Construction Project Leader Apprentice

We are currently hiring Field Service Technicians to join our team as apprentice/assistants and work their way up to becoming project team leaders.

As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow through challenges in a supportive environment. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn, have strong math skills, and the ability to read a tape measure. This role requires mental endurance, physical strength, good balance, and stamina to withstand working at heights and on scaffolding for extended periods, in all weather conditions.

Schedule: Daytime/Weekdays

While training days may start as early as 6:30am, our crews work Monday - Friday starting most days at 7:00am. End of day varies per job, and we often work overtime. (We work up to 4 Saturdays per year for training purposes and they are prescheduled with plenty of notice.) The team enjoys weekends off, because rest and family time is important.

Number of Hires: 1-3

We hire between 1 to 3 individuals for each training class, and the number may vary depending on available positions. We accept year-round applications for future openings.
