Immediate full time opening! Seeking an EXPERIENCED individual with sales skills, parts look up experience, customer service skills, strong computer skills, mechanical knowledge, and excellent communication skills required. Attention to detail a must. Previous experience with powersports or auto parts very helpful. Day time schedule with no late evening work.
Duties include but are not limited to.
- Assisting customers both on the phone, email, and person to person in a friendly, professional and positive manner.
- Upselling sales customers to accessorize their new vehicles.
- Ordering parts for retail and wholesale orders.
- Inventory management.
- Showroom staging of accessories.
- Shipping and receiving parts.
- Using a computer to look at vehicle schematics and figure out the right parts needed for the customer.
- Labeling and pricing of new products.
- The ability to work well with others, including members of other departments.
