Purpose of the Position: 

Directly support Project Manager(s), create/maintain/execute document controls (digital or physical), database management and customer deliverables. Not limited to these tasks, assist in the development and/or improvement of project processes and other given administration tasks as assigned by, or to assist the Project Managers.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:    

Provide project and data controls support for projects across the organization for Fullerton.

Establishes cooperative, productive working relationships with functional business areas resources.

Responsible for tracking and monitoring of project deliverables, dates, and deadlines. Provide regular and timely reports highlighting variances.

Provide support to the PMO Regional teams including any of the following: updating project related tasks, PO/VPO tracking, department coordination and various administrative tasks.

Plan and coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks in Fullerton systems.

Updates necessary tracking systems to ensure that project and program status is maintained with complete accuracy.

Creates and distributes correspondence relevant to the team, project, and program for both internal and external distribution.

Responsible for the request of project creation and validate all data integrity.

Develop and maintain accurate and complete files for projects and programs.

Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required

Strong organizational, time management, administrative, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Must be able to document and present work in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to follow instructions, respond to management directions, take responsibility for own actions, commit to work additional hours, if necessary, to reach goals/complete tasks on time.

Comfortable in self-directed environment.

  

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Sitetracker experience a plus


Education and Experience Required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Minimum 3 years’ experience in general business environment with project coordination and/or administrative experience; wireless telecom or utility industry experience preferred
