Shift: ALL available | Pay Rate: $17 /hr
Job Summary: The Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating a forklift to load, transport, and unload materials within a warehouse.
Key Duties Include:
- Operating a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
- Transporting raw materials and finished goods between loading docks, storage areas, and production floors.
- Stacking and storing items in the proper storage locations.
- Inspecting the forklift for any damage or maintenance issues and reporting them promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- 1 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Basic mechanical skills to perform routine maintenance on the forklift.
- Attention to detail to ensure materials are moved and stored accurately.
- Good communication skills to interact with coworkers and report any issues.
