Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? Full Steam Staffing is hiring an HR Receptionist for a valued client based in Salinas, CA. This position is perfect for a highly organized, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and provides exceptional customer service.

Full-Time | $25.00 / hour | 1st Shift (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally while ensuring proper guest protocols are followed (COVID screening, GMP policies, NDA signatures, etc.).
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized office environment.
  • Answer incoming calls with exceptional phone etiquette and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage visitor priorities, including regulatory agency representatives (USDA / FDA Inspectors, OSHA, etc.).
  • Assist with clerical tasks : scheduling appointments, maintaining records, distributing mail, ordering supplies, and ensuring reception cleanliness.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, handle mail / deliveries, and support meeting leaders with refreshments as needed.
  • Support executive leadership with tasks like monthly credit card reconciliation and document retention coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
