Job Title: Inventory Control
Pay Rate: $16.66/HR
Schedule: PM Shift (2:30 PM)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and cycle counts across the distribution center (DC).
- Research and adjust account inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and correct overages and shortages in inventory.
- Collaborate in resolving inventory discrepancies across all operational areas.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and documentation accurately.
- Analyze and rectify process issues contributing to inventory discrepancies.
- Support various operational tasks based on business requirements.
- Assist in the maintenance of product slotting and resolve slotting issues.
- Monitor quality of code-date sensitive items.
- Investigate mispicks and resolve order discrepancies promptly.
- Track and manage product holds and FDA holds.
- Conduct warehouse audits under supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient in data entry and computer operations.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Capability to operate and obtain certification on warehouse equipment, or willingness to learn.
- Effective oral communication skills to resolve issues across different departments in the DC.
- Familiarity with standard distribution practices in a warehouse setting.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends.
