Job Summary:
As an Onsite Coordinator at Full Steam Staffing, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our workforce, ensuring safety, and maintaining excellent client communication. Your constant availability to employees, clients, and management ensures seamless operations and top-notch customer service.
Essential Functions:
- Manage attendance and punctuality of On-Site employees.
- Provide leadership and professionalism to On-Site team members.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with workers' compensation and manage injury events.
- Conduct pre-shift safety meetings and certify employees on Material Handling Equipment.
- Perform safety walks to maintain a secure work environment.
- Administer timekeeping programs for accurate employee hours.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
- Implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Maintain and update employee databases regularly.
- Support On-Site Manager with additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED minimum.
- Warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and excellent computer skills.
- Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
