We’re seeking a highly organized Customer Support Specialist to manage customer orders from confirmation through delivery while supporting Sales, marketing initiatives, and internal operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves process, and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end order processing: order entry, artwork coordination, approvals, POs, tracking, and client communication
- Collaborate with Sales, Graphic Designers, Digitizers, suppliers, and decorators to ensure accurate and on-time delivery
- Maintain and manage pipelines (service, samples, and sales support as needed)
- Oversee online store setup, order collection, reporting, and fulfillment
- Perform quality control checks and prepare orders for decorators or client delivery
- Manage social media content using including product and event photography
- Coordinate self-promos, samples, and event materials from planning through fulfillment
- Handle shipping, invoicing support, product research, vendor coordination, and showroom organization
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Experience with CRM systems (KEAP preferred)
- Familiarity with Canva, or other graphics creation tools, and social media tools a plus
- Experience in customer support, order management, promotional products, or apparel decoration is a plus
