Job Summary:
Fulton County Health Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Radiology Director to lead and coordinate the activities of our Radiology department. This role involves overseeing the clinical and non-clinical staff, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring smooth operations of imaging services. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated leader with excellent communication skills and a strong background in radiology management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance Radiology services, aligning with hospital goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee daily operations of the Radiology Department, including staffing, scheduling, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree with Radiology technical training.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years as a Radiology Technologist, with prior Radiology management experience preferred.
- Must maintain proficiency in all areas of radiologic technology.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Licensed by the State of Ohio.
Skills & Abilities

- Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in the Radiology field.
