Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our fast-paced company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
2. Liaison and coordinate the activities of various departments, including underwriting, funding, collections, technology and customer service.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
4. Streamline workflows and processes to reduce errors, minimize risk, and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Foster a customer-centric approach and ensure excellent service delivery across all touchpoints.
6. Hire, train, and manage a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services or alternative lending industry.
3. Strong understanding of the Merchant Cash Advance industry, including underwriting, funding, and collections processes.
4. Proven track record of implementing operational strategies that drive growth and profitability.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
6. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM and ERP systems.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
