• Work in a state-of-the-art 2023 Mercedes Sprinter van, equipped for comfort year-round.

• Drive our fully equipped grooming van to appointments in the Baton Rouge area.
• Provide professional grooming services, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling.
• Ensure pet safety and comfort using gentle handling and positive reinforcement.
• Assess pets' coat, skin health, and well-being, informing owners of any concerns.
• Educate pet owners on grooming best practices and recommend home-care products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming equipment and the van.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

• Passion for animals and a love for pet grooming.
• Professional grooming experience with expertise in breed-specific cuts and coat care.
• Valid grooming license (where required).
• Valid driver’s license & clean record (ability to drive a grooming van safely).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with pet owners.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality grooming.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and adapt to scheduling needs.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Grooming certification from a reputable school is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (including heavy dogs when necessary).
