Job Title: Travel Community Health RN
Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a travel nurse for a Long Term Care position in Lindenhurst, Illinois.
Job Summary:
- 8 week Long Term Care/LTC RN travel assignment
- Any shift position available

Responsibilities:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; One to three years' experience as an RN preferred
- Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
- Completes nursing assessment of patients on the unit and documents appropriately into patient record
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
- Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
- Mental Requirements – Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines under pressure
- Sensory – Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate
