Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in the South Barrington, IL area.
Responsibilities:
- Operate computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for procedures, position them safely and accurately, and ensure proper imaging protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services.
- Maintain equipment, keep patient records, and follow safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure.
- Adhere to hospital policies and radiation safety standards.
Requirements:
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Preferred ARRT Certification.
