Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite/week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to support customer service, case management, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce configuration tools.
• Implement and customize Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, Live Agent, and Service Console.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), or third-party applications.
• Ensure best practices for development, testing, deployment, and version control in Salesforce environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years focused on Service Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong experience with Service Cloud features: Case Management, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Knowledge, Live Agent, and Omni-Channel.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory); Platform Developer II and Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CTI integration and third-party telephony solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities).
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Git.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
