Future CDJR of Concord is seeking experienced Automotive Production Technician - Level 1. Pay Scale: The Production Technician - Level 1 Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.80. This position may also include an assigned unit value that may range from $0.00 (if no baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. This position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
Our level 1 CDJR Production Technicians can earn as much as $10,000 per month!!, depending on their productivity

Expectations:
- Perform Used Car Reconditioning
- The Ideal candidate will have a customer first attitude with a focus on productivity.
- A willingness and ability to work well with others including writers, parts department, and other technicians.
- Strong attention to detail
- Complete PDIs (Pre delivery inspections).
- Perform recalls.
- Report concerns to the service manager.
- Complete all training as directed by the employee handbook and the service manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Required 2 year of automotive repair experience
- Some post-secondary automotive training
- High school diploma or GED
- Results-oriented self-starter
- Demonstrated desire to learn new process and adapt quickly.
