School Psychologist - Contract
Location: Brattleboro, VT, 05301
Responsibilities:

Work with multi-disciplinary teams to administer psychological/psycho-educational tests

Translate assessment results into empirically-based decisions about service delivery and evaluate outcomes of services

Implement and assess the effectiveness of appropriate instructional interventions to meet students' needs
-
Develop comprehensive evaluation outcomes to determine special education eligibility and define student learning needs
-
Support IEP and EPT teams in communicating evaluation outcomes with parents/families
-
Collaborate with other professionals within the school's Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) to support specialized learning outlined in the IEP
-
Evaluate students with low-incidence disabilities and autism spectrum disorders
-
Support and implement District policies, regulations, procedures and administrative directives
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
School Psychologist licensure in state of VT
-
At least 2 years of relevant experience
-
Experience and training assessing Autism is preferred, but not required.
