We’re building a brand-new sales team for a high-growth HealthTech company based in Miami — and this is a rare chance to get in early.
I am building out a totally new sales team for a high growth HealthTech company based out of Miami. Their CEO is a globally known person who previously led one of the largest social platforms of our generation and they have just signed a globally known sports individual as their Chief Wellness Officer.
This team is being built from the ground up across Account Executives, BDRs, Sales Ops, Directors, and VP-level leadership, creating meaningful growth opportunities for those who join early.
The Opportunity
This is a consultative Account Executive role focused on selling a thoughtful, value-led solution in the population health and GLP-1 space. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to prospect, qualify, and lead high-quality client conversations, positioning a product suite that blends data, insights, and services to improve care delivery and decision-making.
This is not a spray-and-pray sales environment. The motion is intentional, credibility-driven, and built around long-term partnerships and expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner closely with senior sales leadership to drive new business and expand existing relationships
- Lead informed, consultative sales conversations grounded in real client needs and outcomes
- Own the front end of the sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, presentations, proposals, and contract support
- Proactively schedule and manage client and prospect meetings
- Develop deep product knowledge to confidently position solutions and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools
- Ensure smooth handoff of closed deals to Client Success for long-term growth
- Act as a trusted, credible client-facing partner throughout the sales process
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, account executive, or client-facing roles - within the Healthcare space and ideally GLP-1 experience
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover problems and align solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience selling SaaS, healthcare, or technology solutions is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
