Position Summary : The Web Content Manager serves as a key liaison between users and the WebDev Team, focusing on analyzing and triaging web content issues within existing functional systems. This role involves investigating reported problems, conducting initial assessments, and directing issues to appropriate development teams for resolution.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and assess reported web content management issues within existing platformsReview pricing-related concerns and content management problemsPerform initial troubleshooting of reported website functionality issuesDocument and categorize reported problems with detailed analysisCoordinate with the WebDev Team to ensure proper routing of technical issuesMaintain clear communication channels between users and development teamsCreate comprehensive issue reports with findings and recommended routingTrack and monitor the status of reported issues through resolutionRequired Qualifications :
Experience in software support or web content managementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of web technologies and content management systemsKnowledge of software development processes and team structuresExcellent documentation and communication skillsExperience in issue tracking and management systemsPreferred Qualifications :
Background in working with pricing systems or e-commerce platformsExperience in a liaison role between users and development teamsKnowledge of web development technologies and best practicesFamiliarity with software testing and quality assurance processesTechnical Skills :
