Position Summary : The Web Content Manager serves as a key liaison between users and the WebDev Team, focusing on analyzing and triaging web content issues within existing functional systems. This role involves investigating reported problems, conducting initial assessments, and directing issues to appropriate development teams for resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and assess reported web content management issues within existing platforms
  • Review pricing-related concerns and content management problems
  • Perform initial troubleshooting of reported website functionality issues
  • Document and categorize reported problems with detailed analysis
  • Coordinate with the WebDev Team to ensure proper routing of technical issues
  • Maintain clear communication channels between users and development teams
  • Create comprehensive issue reports with findings and recommended routing
  • Track and monitor the status of reported issues through resolution
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Experience in software support or web content management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of web technologies and content management systems
  • Knowledge of software development processes and team structures
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Experience in issue tracking and management systems
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Background in working with pricing systems or e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in a liaison role between users and development teams
  • Knowledge of web development technologies and best practices
  • Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance processes
  • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in content management systems
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with issue tracking software
  • Knowledge of web development workflows and processes
