Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at FyberCom located in Idaho Falls, ID. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for benefits administration, assisting payroll, maintaining documents, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and supporting various HR functions.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Management skills
- Benefits Administration experience
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
