Position: Bilingual Talent Acquisition & Translation Specialist

Position Status: Hourly – Non-exempt

Reports To: VP Human Capital & Recruiting

Location: American Blvd - De Pere WI & Bond St. – Green Bay WI.

Position Summary:

The Bilingual Talent Acquisition & Translation Specialist will work closely with our HR Coordinator to lead the recruiting effort and support the HR department in multiple subject areas while providing outstanding internal customer service to all employees, supporting the company’s team-based, flexible, and entrepreneurial culture with a positive can-do attitude.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manages the full English and Spanish employee recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, screening, in-person interviews, offer letters, and on-boarding for all Spanish speaking candidates.
  2. Performs searches for qualified candidates using online databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, and employee referrals to proactively build candidate pipelines.
  3. Maintain Spanish postings internal and external.
  4. Develops relationships with community resources and implements creative strategies to attract candidates, including community/school outreach, career fairs, sourcing/lead generation, etc.
  5. Collaborates with Operations to establish a recruiting strategy for current and upcoming positions.
  6. Translate a variety of documents, emails and text messages for HR and Operations
  7. Interpret in Spanish/English for meetings, interviews, interpersonal discussions, training, and phone/video calls.
  8. Provide support to operations leaders as requested; including assisting on the plant floor with training, classroom training, and other operations roles as needed.
  9. Provide administrative support to the HR team, filing, making photocopies, scanning, faxes, and email documents as well as other clerical functions.
  10. Ensure all policies and rules are enforced.
  11. Demonstrate and enforce following safe work practices and policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  12. Resolve personnel problems as necessary in conjunction with the Human Resources department.
  13. Keep a positive, energetic, can-do attitude when representing the company to employees, customers, and visitors.
  14. Ability to climb, walk, do light lifting, sit for long periods, or stand for long periods.
  15. Organized, analytical, creative, and adaptive in your approach to problem solving.
  16. Knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  17. Participates in internal and external training and development opportunities as required.
  18. Performs other duties as may be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position. These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  1. Strong Bilingual Spanish translation experience, and fluent in Spanish required.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  3. Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  4. 2 – 5 years of recruiting experience preferred.
  5. Experience in utilizing and leveraging social media for recruiting and sourcing efforts.
  6. Demonstrated professionalism with a strong customer service orientation.
  7. Strong ability in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  8. Ability to collaborate well with cross functional teams.
  9. Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
  10. Understanding of fair employment practices
  11. Ability to build relationships with others on the team.
  12. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  13. Discretion in handling confidential information
  14. Planning, organizing, and project coordination skills.
  15. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Work Relationship and Scope:

Reports to the VP Human Capital & Recruiting. Works closely with all other colleagues at FyterTech to accomplish established goals. Works daily with highly confidential business and employee information.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed within the normal FyterTech setting. Prolonged and frequent mental and visual concentration required. Periodic stressful situations in response to multiple priorities within established deadlines. Work hours are generally during normal business hours, as both scheduled and unscheduled work hours may arise. Must be able to bend, twist, turn and lift/move up to fifty pounds. Required travel between offices. Serves as a representative of the organization at appropriate functions.
