Job Description:

The Pastry Production 1 will be responsible for pastry production for events as delegated byPastry Lead 1.

• Arrive to work on time in proper uniform

• Communicate with Pastry Chef 1 regarding pastry production for the day

• Completion of pastry food production on the daily production prep list

• Review daily production sheet & BEO’s

• Highlighting food production completed on the BEO production prep list

• Make sure recipes are being followed as well as portion sizes for food produced

• Make sure station has proper sanitizing solution

• Check to see that all food is being labeled, dated & stored properly

• Clean all equipment, tables & shelving storage in regards to the pastry food production area including mats, sweeping, mopping & trash

• Assist with Food Production team members in other areas of the kitchen as needed

• Check out with Pastry Chef 1
