Summary:
The Market Administrator provides support and execution of initiatives, covering a broad gamut of financial, operational, customer service, and office related strategic tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintains general office upkeep, keeping inventories stocked, ordering supplies, and coordinates maintenance of building and/or data with Support and/or IT services and vendors. Cleans office once a week.
  • Greets visitors that visit throughout the day, offering coffee or refreshments and looking to help answer questions or direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Handles General Administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, monitoring calendars, coordinating visitors/trainers, job folder creation, etc.
  • Maintains production, service, and warranty scheduling, aligning the appropriate teams to execute projects. Collaborates with suppliers and project management team to ensure materials are available.
  • Print subcontractor payables for Friday.
  • Event Planning for location, including field team lunch meetings, sales trainings, and special events (e.g. Christmas party, team building events, etc.)
  • Handles billing coordination for any projects produced by location Project Management Team (billing and invoicing).
  • Works with H/r and Gm to schedule new candidates for interviews.
  • Provides timely reports to Gm as requested related to location performance and metrics.
  • Looks to improve location process, and informs management when additional personnel or assistance may be needed.
  • Social Media Ambassador: utilize social media avenues to endorse company services on a regular basis.
  • Receive deposits and scan to account, and issue payment to business affiliates as needed
  • Work with other Area Managers to execute tasks as needed.
  • Data entry for lead generation with metrics from all events, canvassing, and self-gen relationship building, along with source management and follow up calls as needed.
  • Manages Customer Care and Appreciation programs to encourage positive experiences, increased referrals, and repeat business, including thank you cards, cookies, referral gift cards, etc.
  • Maintains General Manager Task schedule and calendar, and provides support and strategic suggestions to execute tasks in a timely fashion.
  • Assist in Maintaining Sub-Contractor Relationships and Documentation for audits.
  • Landlord Responsibilities including the collection of rent, bank deposits, schedule repairs as needed.
  • Seeks to improve productivity and results on a daily basis, and provide feedback to management for ways OUR COMPANY can improve.
  • Follows all Company safety rules and operating procedures, practices and guidelines.
  • Completes other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent. College degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in sales. Retail experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multi-station phone systems, voice mail, and transferring calls.
  • Basic 4-function math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Familiarity with using computers and a service-oriented CRM software.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to keep calm and be clear with challenging Customers, staff, and vendors.
  • The perseverance to keep pursuing solutions even when Customers, staff, or vendors are not cooperative.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills when interacting with Customers, staff, management, or vendors.
  • Strong abilities to multitask, prioritize activities, and react quickly to changing information.
  • A valid driver's license with no DUIs and no restrictions on driving for company-related business.
  • A clean, reliable, and insured personal vehicle to ensure a prompt start to the working day.
  • Desirable personal traits including honesty, integrity, accuracy, high standards, fairness, and good listening and time management skills.
  • No restrictions or requirements preventing the ability to work in the US for any US company.

Physical demands:
The ability to walk around an office, warehouse, or neighborhood, climb and descend stairs, work in a seated position at a desk for hours at a time, stand at a trade/home show for hours at a time, drive to and from offsite meetings, operate computers and phones, open/close file cabinets, bend/stand as necessary, set up and lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
